Willow Point Country Club

The championship golf course at Willow Point is a stunning 18-hole layout that showcases the natural beauty of Lake Martin while providing an exceptional golfing challenge. Completely renovated in 2003 by Hurdzan/Fry, this par 72 course stretches 7,465 yards from the championship tees and features six different tee sets to accommodate golfers of all skill levels. Twelve holes are strategically positioned along the shores of Lake Martin, with all 18 holes offering breathtaking lake views that make each round a memorable experience.

The course design expertly incorporates the natural topography and lake frontage, creating a layout that is both visually spectacular and strategically demanding. The Bermuda fairways are beautifully accented by native grasses, tall fescue, and distinctive stone and rock work that borders the lake, creating a harmonious blend of manicured golf course and natural landscape. The renovation transformed not only the playing surfaces but also included updates to the irrigation system, greens, bunkers, tees, and practice facilities, ensuring that Willow Point maintains its status as one of Alabama's premier golf destinations.
