Evans Barnes Golf Course

Evans Barnes Golf Course is a unique 9-hole public facility that offers the playing experience of an 18-hole course through its innovative design of 18 separate tee boxes. Located on the scenic campus of L.B.W. Community College, this 6,500-yard par 72 layout provides golfers with varied challenges and playing conditions. The course serves as both a recreational facility for the community and a venue for youth golf instruction.

Built in 1977, the course has been an integral part of Andalusia's recreational offerings for nearly five decades. Its location on the college campus provides a beautiful and well-maintained setting for golf, while the dual-tee system allows golfers to experience different angles and distances on each hole, effectively doubling the variety of play available on the 9-hole layout.
